Jan Gerber
Chairman & Founder
Jan has founded more than twenty companies across his career, in fields from healthcare to hospitality to real estate. Most notably he is the Founder and CEO of Paracelsus Recovery — a world-renowned mental health clinic for leaders, founders, and inheritors carrying weight their public lives rarely show. He also chairs Swiss Clinics Group and holds an MSc in Finance from the London School of Economics. After two decades of building, breaking, and rebuilding, he founded Panacea Capital as the investment arm of his family office, deploying capital on a single conviction: that the most enduring returns come from work that is good for the people it touches. Trustee & CFO
Jana is a Swiss-certified fiduciary (Treuhänderin mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis) leading finance, accounting, and trustee functions at Panacea Capital.
